A dead tree trunk weighing 1.5 tons was hung from the branches of surrounding green trees using red ribbons. Don’t Go was an installation at Matheran Green Arts Festival, facing another installation titled Fuck It I’m Going.

The two installations exemplify the dynamics of life and death. On one hand, Fuck It I’m Going is about death and departure; and on the other, Don’t Go is about death and resistance to departure.
